What Makes Our Process Different?

Our process goes well beyond just putting a sign in your front yard. We custom design the best marketing approach to get your home sold and develop a plan to best suit your property.  This could mean advertising in niche publications, holding broker and/or public open houses, and staying in constant communication with you to keep you informed of activity on your home as well as the competition.

Initially, we try to identify who the most likely buyers are for your home (families, empty nesters, etc.), then we design a custom marketing process to target that audience using our experience and the channels below:

  • Prior Clients-We've accumulated a database of prior buyers, clients, and agents, in various key price ranges and when we get a new listing in that range we immediately contact people in the target price and feature range to secure a potential buyer.
  • Site Visitors-We now register visitors to our website from all over the country to receive immediate updates when something new comes on the market in their price range. The instantly receive email notification of  availability!

NETWORKING 

Other Realtors-One of the best sources for selling our homes.  We invite area agents to preview our listings when we conduct a Broker Open House.  We will serve lunch and have developed quite a reputation for our creative themed luncheons with great food that receives rave reviews.
